Run of Hope Seattle

Forever carrying Sarah in our hearts.

Raised of $7,500

So many things have been cancelled, changed, postponed, delayed, ended.  But one thing that hasn't, pediatric brain tumors.

This year is the 11th anniversary of Team Sarah Mary being a part of the Run of Hope.  Every year I have worked to raise money to help find a cure and put an end to pediatric brain tumors and the heartbreaking impact they have on so many children and families.

We run, this year virtually, in memory of our beloved Sarah Mary who left us way too soon.  Sarah should be starting her sophomore year of college.  Sarah should be laughing with her friends and family.  Sarah should still be trying to satisfy that wicked sweet tooth.  Sarah should still be loving on every baby and animal she meets.  Sarah should still be asking for sushi dinner.  Sarah should still be skiing and doing all of the activities she loved.  Sarah should be here.

I know these are tough times for so many of us as we navigate this strange new existence.  I even, for a moment, considered taking the year off and not fundraising.  Then I thought better of it.  Because brain tumors are not cancelled.  Funds are still needed.  I can't let the memory of Sarah down.

So once again, I am asking for your support.  No matter how big or small.  Every little bit makes a difference.  All of the money stays right here in Seattle and helps the incredible team at Children's Hospital do the research that someday, with your help, WILL find a cure.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your donation.  It means the world.  Maybe more this year than ever.

In Strength,
