Story

The Run of Hope benefits pediatric cancer research at Seattle Children's. I have been a pediatric oncology/BMT nurse for about 2 years and I wouldn’t trade this career for any other job. 
“The National Cancer Institute allocates about 4% of its budget, or approximately $200 million per year, specifically to pediatric cancer research” - a month inpatient can cost up to $1 million!
